Personal Interest and Projects

In addition to my academic work, I enjoy exploring projects and topics that allow me to further develop my technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. These interests help me build transferable skills that are valuable in engineering and professional environments.

Personal Interest- Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare

One of my personal interests is exploring how artificial intelligence can improve healthcare systems. Through research and coursework, I have learned about how AI technologies such as machine learning can assist healthcare professionals in diagnosing diseases, analyzing medical data, and improving patient care.

This interest developed while working on my technical report about artificial intelligence in healthcare during ENG2003. While researching this topic, I became more curious about how technology can be applied to solve real-world problems in the medical field.

Exploring this topic has helped me develop several transferable skills. First, it strengthened my critical thinking and research skills, as I needed to analyze information and understand complex technological concepts. It also improved my problem-solving ability, as engineering solutions often require creative approaches to real-world challenges.

Additionally, working on projects related to technology and engineering encourages continuous learning and curiosity, which are essential qualities for engineers. These experiences have helped me develop a stronger interest in innovation and the role technology can play in improving society.
